Exam logged/kicked me out
Got logged out of the exam as soon as you hit Next? We've received similar reports, but our tech team has not been able to duplicate the issue in order to fix it. If this has happened to you, we can advise that most users are able to successfully submit after multiple attempts. Be sure to follow all the instructions in our Basic Troubleshooting Tips article each time you open the exam.
If you have a few spare minutes, we'd love your help in isolating this problem! In return, we'd be happy to give you an extra attempt at the exam without waiting the 30-day period.

The most important part we need is the screenshot of your console when you are working on the exam and as you are submitting your problem question. We can then provide our tech team with this information, and they can rectify the issue for you and others as soon as they can! We suggest that you hit the Save button right before submitting your question as that could help to restore your text should you be logged out again. You can also copy your text into a program such as Notepad or TextEdit - not Word - so you don't lose your transcript.
You will find more details in the form above, but please note that the screenshot needs to be recorded with the 'Preserve Log' option as shown below. This will assist our tech team in finding out what the issue is and when it presents itself.
