Exam audio not playing

For issues with the exam audios, please try the following:

  • Make sure you are using a private home network and not a public connection such as at a school or library. 
  • Use a computer or a laptop, since the Workhub will not work from a phone or a tablet.
  • Make sure you are using the latest version of Google Chrome. You can check for available updates by clicking on the Menu button to the upper left (looks like three lines) and then navigating to Help > About Google Chrome. 
  • Clear your cache and browsing history (hotkey ctrl + shift + del). 
  • Try accessing the exam in an Incognito window. From the Menu button, select New Incognito Window. Then navigate to the website and log in as usual.
  • Restart your computer regularly, especially after any updates or changes.
  • Refreshing the page sometimes solves the problem, as internet interruptions may affect the audio playback. Be sure to copy your text before refreshing, as it may disappear.
