How do I change a customer account to a transcriber account?

Trying to work for us and accidentally created a Customer Portal Account? You can convert your account to a transcriber's WorkHub account following these steps:

Sign in to the Customer Portal.

Click the "person" icon at the top of the screen and click on My Account.

In the My Account page, scroll down to Convert Account and click on Convert.

Now you should be set!

Please note that as a transcriber, you will need to log in to work via the Transcriber WorkHub.
