Can I go back to a previous question/section of the exam?

Once you hit the Next button for a question on the exam, you will not be able to go back to that question or to any previous sections. However, after you have completed the remaining questions of the exam, you may retry any failed section from the Results page. From there, you will see a Retry link next to each section. Clicking this link will allow you to retry the entire section again (you cannot retry only the question you failed; you will need to redo the entire section).
