Do line breaks and paragraph breaks count in the exam scoring?

As stated in our Style Guide, you only need to hit Enter/Return once to create a new line in the transcript. However, line breaks and line spacing are not factored into the exam scores. Whether you hit Enter once or twice to create a new line, it does not matter. Paragraph breaks also do not factor into the score (except for the QuickStep and QA Exams).
