My ID won't upload

If you experience issues uploading your ID, be sure to:

• Scroll down and click Save once you have uploaded the ID. If your ID has been successfully uploaded to your account, you will see the image displayed on that page.
• Try all accepted file formats listed beneath the Upload button until your image sticks.
• Upload the ID via different devices, such as a phone or tablet.
• Change the size of the image.
