I didn't receive the activation email
If you do not receive an activation email after registering, please:
- Check your Spam, Social, and Promotion folders, as the activation email may have been sent there.
- Try registering in Incognito mode (File > New Incognito Window)
- Temporarily disable any ad blocking extensions, such as uBlock.
- Try registering in a different browser, such as Brave, Firefox, Safari, etc.
You can also try going to the Log On page of our website. If you see a message like the one below, click the Resend Email button. It may take some time for the email to be re-sent, so we appreciate your patience.
